Lone Oak (KY) vs Paducah Tilghman (KY), First Round of the 2nd District Boys Basketball Tournament, Feb. 28, 1973, from Heath High School-West Paducah, KY. This classic game has gone down as one of the Commonwealth of Kentucky's biggest upsets ever. Play-by-play is called by legendary Paducah area sportscaster George "Gabby" Bell and he is assisted by Robert Davis, Cobbo Wyatt, and Shorty Ford. There are also interviews with Paducah area legendary coaches Albert Norris, Berney Miller, and Glen Earl Dexter. This exciting game is truly a Mid-South Classic. Bartlett vs O'Fallon (IL), Dec. 29, 2003, in the Centralia Holiday Tournament. Lone Oak (KY) vs Graves County (KY), Feb. 26, 2004, a key Mid-South Matchup, (Girls & Boys Basketball) was called by Matthew Cooper and Mike Cooper on WVWT.com. These games, played before an overflow crowd at Lone Oak High School's John Robinson Arena in Paducah, KY., helped set the stage for the exciting post-season play which started the next week. Bartlett vs Memphis Harding Academy, Nov. 16, 2004, the opening game of the 2004-2005 Basketball season for the Bartlett Panthers saw them erase a 20 point Harding Lion lead and win a thriller in overtime, 78-71.
